  • The refund amount will be the cost of the damaged or spoiled items, minus the delivery charges.
  • In extreme cases, when a wallet credit is not feasible, we will refund the money to the customer’s provided account number.
  • For a refund to be issued to the customer’s bank account, the account holder’s name must match the customer’s details in the KhanaPina  portal.
  • Please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be completed.
