Shared Riders: For restaurants that do not have their own delivery personnel, Khanapina employs shared riders who are responsible for the delivery.

2. Delivery Timeframe:

Our aim is to complete the delivery of your food order within 60 minutes from the time you place the order. However, delivery times may vary based on factors such as restaurant preparation time, traffic conditions, and distance to the delivery location.

3. Real-Time Tracking:

For your convenience, Khanapina provides real-time order tracking. You can monitor the status and location of your delivery in the app or on our website.

4. Delivery Charges:

Delivery charges may apply to your order, and these will be clearly displayed before you confirm your purchase. The charges are based on the distance between the restaurant and your delivery address.

5. Multiple Orders:

If you place multiple orders from different restaurants, please note that each order may have a separate delivery time based on the individual restaurant’s preparation and the distance to your location.

6. Special Instructions:

You have the option to provide special delivery instructions during the checkout process. Please use this feature if you have specific requirements or directions for our delivery partners.

7. Delays and Notifications:

While we strive to meet our 60-minute delivery goal, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of a significant delay, our customer support team will notify you promptly and provide updates on your order status.
